New Customers
To establish a new account for electric service, you must complete a New Service Application and present a government-issued picture ID at our office located at 1207 Indianapolis Avenue in Lebanon.
Boone REMC will verify your identity through a credit reporting agency. A deposit may be required to establish service.
Please complete the New Service Application and bring it with you to our office to establish a new account. Boone REMC office hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
