Our Enviro-Watts green power program provides customers with an option to purchase energy generated from such renewable, environmentally preferred sources such as biomass (landfill gas generation), windmills or solar generation.

When you enroll in the Enviro-Watts program, you will pay $.015 (one and one-half cents) more per kilowatt hour in addition to our standard rate. The premium charged for Enviro-Watts represents energy purchased from Indiana landfill gas generation plants and energy generated by a wind farm in Illinois.
