Water Heater Repair Service

Boone REMC offers a free electric water heater repair service for its customers. This service is available during office hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Customers are billed for any replacement parts. Boone REMC offers standardized replacement parts that work with most water heater models. Boone REMC does not offer non-standard replacement parts.
