Our outage map offers a live view of our current outages. If you’re experiencing an outage but do not see it represented on the outage map, please report it at once.

Power outages arise for many reasons. Most frequently, the culprits have been heavy storms, accidents, and even animals. (ex. birds and squirrels). If you’re experiencing a power outage and observe downed lines outside your home, please do not approach them under any circumstances. Downed power lines can be extremely dangerous, even to professional linemen. Instead, call our office immediately at 800-897-7362 and report what you can see. Never put yourself in harm’s way.
