Start or Stop Your Service with Boone REMC
When you become a member of Boone REMC, you’re joining a cooperative that’s committed to putting your needs first, and keeping your energy dependable. To join our co-op, you’ll need to complete a new service application as well as a membership application. Please note that it can take up to three business days for requested changes to be made.
A deposit may also be required, and it’s important to note that we require a three-business-day notice for establishing service. Start your application form below, or contact us with any questions.
If you’re in need of temporary service, please call our engineering department at 800-897-7362 for service, or download our PDFs on platted subdivisions and those not in platted subdivisions. Please note: the temporary service fee is $100.

If you would like to complete an application by hand, please download our residential, business, or new construction service application and return it to our office by mail, fax, or in person. Our office is located at 1207 Indianapolis Avenue, Lebanon, Indiana, and we are open from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
